StarView Farm is located on 65 acres in beautiful south central Kentucky, approximately 2 hours south of Lexington and 15 miles south of Somerset.
As Arabian & Half Arabian/Appaloosa horse breeders, we are committed to breeding top quality animals. Since it's conception nearly 20 years ago, our equine program has bred, raised, trained and shown Class A, Regional, National and World Cup Champions. Our homebred horses grace the pastures and stalls of breeding and/or training facilities in many countries in the world including Italy, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Dubai, Saudi Arabia & Qatar.
In February of 2015 we were honored to have our horse breeding program, Arabians by Colangelo at StarView Farm, named the 2014 ARABIAN BREEDER of the YEAR--for the Arabian Horse Association-- Region 14.
In June of 2015 our homebred Arabian Colt, Jaguar ABC, was the CHAMPION COLT, of the Egyptian Breeders Challenge at the prestigious Egyptian Event in Lexington, KY, taking home a check for over $24,000.00.
In 2016, a member of the royal family of Dubai purchased our beautiful leopard Half Arabian mare, Lady GaGa ABC, for their equestrian program. Feel free to visit our horse website at:

StarView Farm's Jackapoo breeding program (StarView JackaPoos), established in 2006, is also known for producing exceptional quality, and has evolved into the Premier Jackapoo Breeding Program in the USA.
Whether it be a horse or a dog, our philosophy is to combine high quality individuals whose traits will complement one another. The list of requirements for an animal is lengthy, but ultimately candidates are chosen mainly for their beauty, conformation & temperament.
Anytime we have incorporated new dogs into our Jackapoo (and Jackiepoo) program, we have spent countless hours (often ending up in months of searching) looking for the best of the best. We never have more than 4 to 5 females (producing puppies) and 2 to 3 males (at stud) at one time. Unlike most dog breeders whose females have 2 litters per year, our females only have 1 litter per year. Obviously, it would be more lucrative for us and more convenient for our clients if we bred more litters per year, but we feel this is best for our mother dogs! When any of our dogs retire, they spend the rest of their days on our farm unless we are fortunate enough to find a loving, forever home for them.
And finally, it is our policy to help to rehome any puppy/dog that we have bred if for some reason the dog's family cannot continue to care for it.
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
